The event is an ultra casual, non-judgement zone.

Light Bites: We’ve partnered with a local businesses to provide the pre shift noms
Ergonomic & MSK Screenings: Quick assessments for “chef’s back,” carpal tunnel, or plantar fasciitis.
Blood Pressure checks: It’s important to have a baseline for your own knowledge.
Mental Health “Check-Ins”: Substance use and burnout are prevalent.
Special rate for labs at Labcorp: Rapid metabolic panels, Vitamin D checks – must establish with Dr. Rismyhr first
